Limoncello Scroppino

Ingredients

1 portion = 30 ml

3,5 cl Olivia Limoncello
5 cl Prosecco
Juice of 1 lemon
1 table spoon of lemon sorbet ice

How to prepare

  1. Make sure the Olivia Limoncello is as cold as ice.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender. For the best taste we recommend to stick with the portions we suggested above.
  3. Blend all the ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes. 
  4. Serve the foamy drink in a champagne flute. You can garnish it with a lemon slice or a thin slice of its peel. 
  5. Dont forget to enjoy!
